The La Dolce Vita 2007 exhibition at London Olympia proved to be a great success for Sandloka Di Calabria and also showed how the interest in Italian property has grown in reccent times. There were exhibitors from all over Italy and other european destinations and it was clear to see that the word is spreading when it comes to investing in southern Italy.

There are now some 200,000 UK residents who own property in Italy, but the northern regions are still very expensive so it's no surprise that investors looking for a cheaper alternative have taken an interest in Calabria.

The show was not just about property though! There were hundreds of different foods and drinks to try out including many specialities from the southern Italian regions. The Sandloka stand was more like a bistro at times as we supplied snacks and wine to many of the show's visitors.
